Wondering if anyone has been able to set up the Sky Stream puck as a device with their Samsung TV (in my case the QN900B) and control the Sky Stream box using the Samsung smart remote?

Mine didn't come up with a suggestion for the ip061 model number, it offered various makes and models and I had to keep saying it was Unknown or Other (I can't remember the exact terms!). Eventually, it asked me to enter a model number and then I typed in ip061-efant and it started to work...hopefully it'll work for u too!

None of this has worked for me. I've tried multiple times but cannot get the remote to change the channel, even after manually choosing efant etc. Frame 2023 + Sky Puck

Hi,

I have read through this thread and tried the suggested solution but it’s not working for me. My Samsung remote still does not Channel up and down on Sky Stream.

My Sky Stream puck is definitely the model IP06-efant, it’s written on the bottom of the puck and is listed in my Sky Stream settings.

My TV model QE50QN94AATXXU

Has anybody got any other suggestions ?

Thanks

This is probably too late for anyone who has asked above but may be helpful for anyone new trying to pair the remote.

I tried the previous suggestions many times without success, then figured that the Samsung remote needs line of site with the sky puck as it must work via infra red. Ensure you can see the front of the puck and point your remote in that general direction when attempting to pair and you should succeed

Ensure you have line of sight between remote and puck when pairing and using, it works on infra red. Was struggling with mine until I did this.
