Yes it does by the spec list on the samsung web site. If you get any new ish audio product. (amp. Soundbar) they will have earc capability but check spec first. Hope this helps

Hi @devagx  This Tv  is listed as having earc support as can be seen here https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/q70-q70r-qled 

This was activated with 1387.1 firmware but some had issues, noteably if the Tv if the device was factory reset or jumped straight from 1385 to 1392.
