Q Symphony problem

I know this has been extensively discussed but I have not been able to find a solution.

I have a QN90D tv, an S50B soundbar and a Sky Stream puck. HDMI eARC connection from tv to soundbar and puck connected by HDMI to tv HDMI 2 port. All cables are ultra high speed.

Q Symphony is selected for sound output. However, there is negligible sound coming from the tv speaker, in fact when switching to soundbar only, there is no difference. So much for the surround sound promised by Samsung. When switching to tv speaker output, I can increase the volume but this drops to virtually zero when selecting Q symphony.

Is there anyway to increase the tv speakers volume to balance with the soundbar?

I've got an older QN95 with the sound bar with the rear speakers, the only time I really see a difference in sound over just the sound bar is in Dolby Atmos audio, other than that the tv speakers seem to just round out some of the sounds, is small but it's there it just needs a true Dolby Atmos source to see the difference such as the big streamers. But i wouldn't be surprised if it was a fault with the Sky hardware as nothing they make ever works well, one day they will catch up with technology but by then it will probably be too late.

Q Symphony will only work with Dolby Atmos sound if the video does not contain this soundtrack, by default the TV speakers are turned off and only the soundbar works.

Thank you. I feel very short changed if that's the case as nowhere in all the Samsung blub does it mention that.
