Use of timer function does not work

Model No UE32K5600AK

I have been using the timer as an alarm in the mornings

two weeks ago it stopped working.

It was set as

Mon  - Fri

06.30am

DTV

Channel 3

All other functions work ok

is it a software problem, can it be rectified, i waqnt this facility

What's the current software version you've got on the TV? Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. 

Also, is the alarm still showing as being set up at that time? Is the general time on the TV okay? And can you clarify if the source you've set it to is a set-top box or through the TV's own tuner?
