I have just purchase a QE43Q60D 2024 model this replaced a 2022 model which had a large scratch on the screen . However I have 2 issues I cannot resolve firstly the Alexa function will not work , if I press the microphone on the smart app for voice control it will take me to the Alexa app set up but always says there was a problem please try again , I have the smart things app on the TV and the Alexa skill installed but it will not set up ...I have switched voice assistant to Bixby and it works with no issues
Second , how can I add the Ustreme app to the TV menu. I cant find it in the recommended apps store , at the moment I have to use the Roku dashboard via my Roku box

PS why have they made the smart remote so small now compared to the old one lol its already slipped down the back of my chair ..lol
