Update 1622.5 is making my Samsung 8K Neo QLED looks ugly bad

After the automatic update my 8k neo qled is showing very bad picture, ugly colours, and worse black level. It's just not the 8K neo qled that we love and enjoy anymore. Also the default font is not pretty. Why did you do this to us, Samsung? You need to fix this right now!!!!

Hi @Rachmad  in terms of picture quality is it the same on all sources and have you experimented with Settings?

changes stated with firmware:

• General image quality improvements in gaming mode
• Optimization of the UI
• Fixed missing sound during automatic channel search for cable channels
• Volume control adjusted via SmartView

It is happening across all sources and picture modes. I mainly watch movies / tv shows on my hard drive. I kept all settings the same as before the update occured.

I feel like there's something wrong with the update, it's like this is not my tv at all.

Because I also experiencing downgraded blurrier picture like when you're watching standard 4k tvs

I'll try to download the correct update from samsung website and if it doesn't work I'll visit my local service center

oh right,thanks for confirming. May not make much difference but another idea is a Factory Reset.  Anyway  hopefully manage to get resolution via technical support if still issue with software.

moi aussi j’ai le même problème (sur 4k) le mode économie d’électricité ne fonctionne pas, l’image de la télé est devenue hyper claire (comme dans le mode jeux) et la télé chauffe en permanence.

Samsung doit trouver une solution pour ce problème.

I have recently bought 75 inch QN90D Neo QLED TV and there seems to ghosting and blurry images, particularly where in scenes where there is multiple colour nights or bright lights being projected on a characters face.
The picture is in optimised setting mode and I have played around with other picture modes as well, however the issue persists.

May I please request some guidance to resolve this unacceptable picture quality.
