UE43RU7020K. Half dark now wont turn on.

Hi Guys hope you can help. I have a ue43ru7020k. I don't really use this TV a lot and I turned it on last week and the left half of the screen was darker than the right side. And now the TV won't even turn on ??

Any ideas what this could be
