Hi All i have a 65" curved tv model number QE65Q8CNAT. when i turn on the tv it stays on roughly 90 seconds then the one connect box clicks and the tv turns off for approx 30 seconds then turns back on and does the same thing over and over.
I have reset the tv and run through the set up and it did it again. i reset again and havent gone through the setup and it is staying on. in my mind this must be a firmware option however the tv wont stay on long enough to update and i cant find my model to download the firmware to usb.
Has any body come across this problem
