Suddenly our Frame TV and remote have been malfunctioning. When turning on the TV it will start in Art Mode with a bluetooth symbol stating "searching for devices." The remote power button will turn the tv off and on. Eventually the tv will goto the frame TV menu however the remote will not allow me to scroll through the menu. I cannot use the circle controls on the remote. No buttons other than the power button on the remote will work with the TV. When I do press other buttons, the receiver light on the TV will blink so it's receiving a signal from the remote but nothing happens. Also, when I press any button on remote other than the power button, the red light on the remote will blink repeatedly for about 2 minutes. I can't get to the settings of the tv to do a reset because the remote wont work. I have tried unplugging the power to the tv for 10 minutes and plugging it back in without any change. Thanks in advance for any help this community can provide.
