My Samsung TV (model UTU700 43 inch) has been set up and working for about a year now. However, 2 days ago it stopped being able to connect to the internet. It says it is connected to the local network but not to the internet. However, my network connection is fine and all my other device are working on the internet as usual. When I tried connecting it to my phone 4g (i.e a different network) it came up with the same issue.
The television had auto updates turned on so it should be up to date. I have tried turning it on and off again. I have also tried turning my router on and off again.
Can anyone help?
Error shown in network settings on TV below?

Found the issue, after 2 weeks and two tech visits. AT&T fiber is hijacking DNS requests upstream of our house. No matter what DNS server is used on the router or the device, that DNS request is hijacked and sent to an AT&T DNS server which is apparently not working correctly.
I configured my home router to use DNS over HTTPS (DoH) and that prevents AT&T from doing their crappy middle man attack on my DNS and now, everything works great again!
