This question has been asked before in certain variants, but I have yet to find a solution to it.
Issue: When TV is connected to a soundbar or other external speaker via Toslink, the sound is extremely low. I have to max the sound level in order to get audible volume levels. Surprisingly enough, the Spotify app is the only one that appears to be working on normal volume levels. None of the settings appear to fix the issue.
I am convinced it's a hardware issue, can Samsung confirm they are at least aware of it and can push some kind of update to fix it? Or, has anyone figured out any other magical solutions?
I do not want to use bluetooth because I have to select it everytime I turn on the TV
