Okay, I cannot find anyehere else to post this but I have to try somewhere! And cannot get anywhere with phone calls.
Recently (past week) purchased another Samsung tv this time a very expensive one the S93d 77 inch oled costing me £2799, advertised with the offer of claiming £250 samsung cashback. Here is why my claim has been denied,
"After auditing your previous claims across our promotions we have found instances where the details provided do not match with records held by the retailer. As such we cannot accept your claim."
Well for starters if any of my previous claims have an issue with a record held by a retailer i would think the issue should be taken up with the retailer I have purchased and always proved within samsungs requirements my purchase just as now with this tv. If a claim isnt valid it wouldnt be paid otherwise why have a process of submititng invoices and serial numbers.
Spoke to samsung on the phone and was told i would be called back as the line was bad, they never called back.
Terrible way to treat a very very loyal frequent customer, so far here are my samsung deviced purchased all inside the last 7 years.
Samsung 1000w microwave £200
Q950a soundbar £800
Fold 4 256gb £1200
S20 plus £759
75 inch mu7000 tv £1900
Samsung auto dose washing machine £529
75 inch Q95T 4k tv £1499
Q990c soundbar £1,600
And most recently s93d 77 inch oled tv £2799
All that money spent with samsung and im told i cant have cashback because a previous claim ive made has had a discrepancy with information held by a retailer, if thats the case why did they pay the cashback? It doesnt change the fact ive just spent almost three grand on another samsung tv.
The only item in my list ive claimed cashback from was the q990c soundbar and yet again i purchased it and uploaded proof and cashbsck was paid. This is a disgusting way to treat any customer but a great way to lose a very loyal frequent customer.
I will not buy samsung again.
