Hey @SnowfirE!
Does your TV have the latest software version? Can you unplug any connections you have in the TV, including the power cable? Then, make sure you push these back in so they don't feel loose.
Can you also try a Picture Test on your TV by clicking here.
If the lines still appear, are you able to give our Support Team a call? You can reach them on 0330 726 7864. :robothappy:

Thanks for the reply, yes it's the latest firmware, I've done everything you have said, samsung support have been giving me the runaround, I've had to send pictures of the problem (god knows what someone with the same problem would do if they didn't know how to email.). I spent £800 last month for this tv and already it's broken, very poor product and very poor customer support, i expected better from samsung.

After a week of getting the run around and emailing pictures, i was told an engineer would be out. Very disappointed in samsung, I've felt I've had to jump through hoops just to get my month old tv fixed.

Hi there,
I've just started to see a similar issue on a QE49Q80T I bought last week:
Samsung are going to be sending an engineer out - what happened with yours?
Thanks!

Hi,
I have exactly same problem with Q65T.
But on the same day of purchase from Mediamarkt. Have to visit the shop after Christmas holidays to see their response
