Thin horizontal lines

I purchased a samsung EU497000 tv last month from an online store, everything was fine, but yesterday my screen has thin horizontal lines running all down the screen. Does anyone know whats happend?. many thanks.

Got the same problem. Just replaced the lcd of my tv and still giving me headaches.

Samsung! I bought my TV in Turkey last October and I think I need to be contacting turkish support team for that, but I don't speak Turkish,can you pleae give me a phone number which I can call from turkey to call in the engineer (in English) so they can fix the issue above? Thanks
