Every time I launch the app on my Samsung S90C 2023, it loads forever until it displays the message "Something went wrong".
I have tried:
I was really looking forward to seeing the sync in action; any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also tried it today and it worked. Based on the version of app in Samsung store and it's update date. It seems like that problem was on Philips side.

Did you ever find a fix? I did this yesterday, and now can't find a way to allow it again! I get the something went wrong error message when I start the app

For me it started working so not much of a help, but seems like app got updated 29/4 so it may have caused for your country/tv model to malfunction with the app.

Same here. Started late last week and all week. Nothing seems to fix it. Restarts, deletes, reinstalls. Removing from Hue server, nothing fixes it. Ugh
