Hi

I have severe problems with art mode on my new 2022 The Frame 75”. Pictures have a terrible purplish hue

but when I try to adjust it, it no longer shows the picture but only a green screen either showing The original photo or just green. Now I can only use the far left setting on the art mode settings or the tv only shows a green screen.

This was even after resetting everything twice.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

This happened to me twice. Both times after i attempted to adjust the colours on the Smart Things app. Had to the reset the TV to factory settings each times. After the last reset which was maybe 6 months ago, I haven’t adjusted anything via the app and the problem hasn’t occured since.

I have this same problem. I’ve just completed a factory reset and the problem remains.
The whites are so far off where they should be.
With this image,Hampton Faze, the froth of the waves looks like a natural white, but the frame mount is off/not white.

I’ve tried all kind of different brightness, tone and mount colour setting but nothing looks right.

This is what makes the whole art mode a joke for me. The colour setup is not possible to change and it looks terrible. Apparently nobody has any feedback either.

I'm having this same issue, though my (55" 2022) Frame skews green. I've contacted Support about it and they haven't been able to solve just yet. Following for future replies.

One thing I've noticed that suggests this is a software issue rather than a panel issue is that user interface screens appear totally normal in color. The only color balance issues come up when watching tv or when the frame is in art mode. For tv, you can adjust these issues out in the white balance in settings (though you shouldn't have to do that to watch tv). There's no similar white balance tool for art mode, which is a bummer.

I've attached pictures showing how the user interface screen appears perfectly normal, the tv shows look with and without my white balance settings and how art mode looks/how this color deviates from the actual color of the art displayed.

For reference, my walls are gray.

Hoping we can get a reply or some action on this. Even a white balance tool for art mode would fix this, though it should be automatic...IMG_8825.JPGIMG_8826.JPGIMG_8828.JPGIMG_8829.JPG

Quick update that I was able to fix this issue by replacing the main board of the tv.
