Hi,
I have a problem with the Disney+ app on one of my 3 Samsung TV's.
On the 43" Q60T the subtitles are two low in the picture meaning that when there are two rows of text half of the bottom row is missing.
If I open the Disney+ app on my iPhone and send it to the Q60T over Airplay there are no problems.
I have tried all picture settings on the TV and subtitle options in the App without any luck.
Please advice.....

I have the same issue with my Samsung TV. The TV app puts subtitles too low and they cut off with 100% subtitle size.

same issue on my 43" Q60T, but no problem on my 65" Q9FN.

I reported this issue to Disney+ support, gave them all the details and it sounded like they had heard about it before so hopefully they will develop a fix for this.

Same problem here. 100% is so tiny. Have to have 200% but then it gets to big.

Hey everyone...
I'm from brazil, I'm having the same problem on my TU8000... since the problem goes from over 2 months, I believe it's taking too long to solve this bug right?
