Subtitle goes off on Disney Plus

Hi.

I got a Samsung QE55Q75 TAT like 2 weeks ago and i got an issues with subtitles on Disney Plus that goes off after 5-10 min when playing any video. I tried to change subtitles and audio but nothing happened, also i tried to activate tv subtitle settings and come off by it self after same amount of time.

Have anyone experienced this issue?

Might not be your TV but Disney could be at fault. As subtitles are added as a separate file.

This is a frequent issue with Disney+ on my TV, I don't think it can be fixed.

Yes, having the exactly same issue. As it happens on Disney+ only, I'd say it is linked to Disney,  ot the Samsung TV.
