Disney + has been working perfectly, but out of nowhere, it's just stopped working.
It now delivers an 'unable to find the page you requested' message, tells me its unable to load the page, and I have to return to the menu.
Looking online, I've cleared the app cache, cleared the app data, deleted the app, reinstalled the app (four times) and nothing helps.
Can anyone help?

Hi - thanks for your reply. I'm using the app - and the TV is less than a year old.

Check to see if Disney + works on other devices on your home network.

It is working fine on all devices. Like I say, all of a sudden it stopped on the Samsung TV.
