Hi,
I have a QLED (QE50Q60AAUXXU) which is less than 2 years old. A few weeks ago a horizontal line appeared on the screen and over the last couple of weeks, more and more lines have started to appear.
I've not contacted Samsung as yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll just get the usual "sorry but it's out of warranty".
For a TV that is not very old, it's not a good look for Samsung.

Spoke to Samsung and as predicted, they don't really care as long as their TV's last at least 12 months. If you get a duff set, it's just tough once that 366th day rolls by.
Maybe time to try a different brand.......

I have these lines for the second time on my QE50Q60TAUXXU (this TV is clearly not fit for purpose), bought in Jan 2021, noticed these lines in early September 2021. I contacted Samsung and they sent someone out in Oct 2021 as it was within the 12 month warranty. The engineer came to my house and replaced the screen only, the housing and internal hardware were left as is. This did fix the problem....for a while, At the start of 2024 I started to notice 1 line in the middle of the TV and it started spreading week by week. I contacted Samsung but now that I am out of warranty they do not want to know, I think it's a disgrace that we, the loyal customers are disadvantaged by the poor quality of their products these days. I have only ever bought Samsung in the past, I have a perfectly working old 2007 Samsung TV but no more, I am done with them. Shame on them.
