Hi,

I have a problem with the Disney+ app on one of my 3 Samsung TV's.

On the 43" Q60T the subtitles are two low in the picture meaning that when there are two rows of text half of the bottom row is missing.

If I open the Disney+ app on my iPhone and send it to the Q60T over Airplay there are no problems.

I have tried all picture settings on the TV and subtitle options in the App without any luck.

Please advice.....

I've reported this problem to Disney 8 times. Every time I have to explain the problem again! Everytime: Try to reboot! How can this take so long??? It's a 2020 series 7 TV!

Hi,

Do like I do - every time I write to them I include a link to this thread.
I write to them every 2-3 weeks asking about progress.

Keep piling on the pressure guys! 😉

Perhaps never.
Disney + customer support is appalling.

I have other issues with them, which they did not resolve it since August.

I ended up buying a fire tv stick since the app is better than the samsung one.

Hi,

Going through the replies and posts in this thread I noticed that most posters appear to come from countries with other languages than English.

To fix this, just change the TV language setting to English.

@Samsung, @Disney Plus... Next time you have trouble figuring stuff like this out. Please get in contact with the software company where I work. We fix problems like this all the time. And waaaaay faster than the months that have gone by since this bug was first reported 😉

wow, you're a godsend. i still think the default font size is too small and the only one that's bigger is too big, but that's better than nothing either way. thanks a lot!
