STV Player app for Samsung UE49MU6400 TV

I'm wondering if the STV Player app is available for this model of TV and if so how do I get it installed? I have emailed STV and they say go to the app store and download it but this TV doesn't show in my devices although other Samsung phones and tablets do show up.

The information you've been given isn't quite correct. Have a look at this useful link which will help you through the process of downloading apps to your TV.

Note: The easiest way of looking for a paticular app is to use the 'search' option when in 'Apps'. The general rule is, If the app you're looking for is not found, then it won't be available on your TV.

Hi @basilfaulty  The  STV app should certainly be available for your TV, as long as you are viewing in Scotland.  It is compatible with models from 2013 onwards.

Yes I've managed to find it using the search function in the apps section and got it working now, Thanks anyway.
