Are you fed up with the poor quality of Samsung's Qled TVs? Did you waste your hard-earned money on a Qled TV? Are you concerned about the number of their TVs filling our landfills? If so, you may want to join the class action lawsuit against Samsung for their faulty TVs. This class action lawsuit is meant to hold Samsung accountable for the products they produce and to ensure that no large screen TVs end up in a landfill within 3 years. Please reply if interested. (My Qled is flashing blue after 2y 9m, Samsung told me it can't be fix).

Count me in, my QLED is dead after 3 years. Have tried replacing the box, power cord and once connect cable. None of those things have fixed the power looping problem.

I’ve got a double whammy  I bought a 50” qled for out bedroom in 2022 and has worked fine for 2 years  so I decided to get a q75 Qled for our living room with in the span of 2 months our bedroom tv started flashing and shutting off and restarting constantly. Out of warranty (just) and after 5 months of having the 75 me and my wife were watching Netflix when a dot appeared at the bottom of the screen. Wasn’t too distracting so we said we would warranty it soon a few days later we turned it on to a black line across the entire screen shocked we called warranty where they asked for a photo which we sent only to be told it’s scratched there is no warranty (there is not scratch it’s in immaculate condition) they wouldn’t even send someone out for me to prove there is. O scratches they just said that’s physical over the phone and said sorry nothing we can do an hour after this this tv went into a loop just like the other one and now won’t turn on or off has to be unplugged . Now I have 3500 dollars in broken brand new tvs that we saved up over a year to buy, a sad pregnant wife and no way to have family tv nights. Im utterly disgusted at how they can get away with this and how they treated us and very sad I gave this company my money for a pos product. I should have stuck with my gut and went with Sony Sony has always lasted no matter the product if anyone can help me with this scam of a product please I hope this goes through

I will never give this company another dollar. They offered no help. I never dropped the tv or anything I swear. The clips holding the frame together came loose when moving in onto my cabinet and the screen looked like it shorted out. I had it for 3 weeks. It was a POS QLED. I even just traded my Samsung phone for an iphone because I won't buy Samsung ever. Neither will my family.

If you are still looking for people, count me in. I have a 65" tv that is only 2 years old and has now started turning on and off constantly on its own. Samsung refuses to acknowledge there is a widespread issue with the tv I have.

Same here. Bought 85 inch neoQLED first then bought 55 inch QLED TV 3 months later. NeoQLED died in 16 months. Fought Samsung for weeks and they finally agree take the TV back on 35% discount. Lost $2500.00 on NeoQLED. 3 months later right on clock 55 inch QLED failed. Same issue blank screen with no sound black light ON. This mean panel is gone. Samsung again dragging their feet that the TV is out warranty and I need to pay for labor and they will cover the part cost. Samsung repair technician cost $155.00 non refundable diagnosis fee plus around $100/hr repair cost with 1 hour minimum. I can’t believe Samsung can get away with this inUSA, where the heck is consumer protection rights. Samsung knows that these TV have issues but they are still selling them and laughing at us American suckers. Need to sue their pant off as well as file complaint at consumer protection bureaus to investigate them for bad business practices. We are not a third world country where we need to just suck it up. I for one will file complaint with federal bureaus as so far I have lost $2500.00 on the 85 inch TV not including the 55 inch TV cost. So please don’t just wait for class action lawsuit file complaints with federal and state consumer protection bureaus as well.
