Are you fed up with the poor quality of Samsung's Qled TVs? Did you waste your hard-earned money on a Qled TV? Are you concerned about the number of their TVs filling our landfills? If so, you may want to join the class action lawsuit against Samsung for their faulty TVs. This class action lawsuit is meant to hold Samsung accountable for the products they produce and to ensure that no large screen TVs end up in a landfill within 3 years. Please reply if interested. (My Qled is flashing blue after 2y 9m, Samsung told me it can't be fix).

Hi,

I fully agree, they need to be sued. My first Samsung TV failed a couple of months after it got out of the 2 year warranty, then end of last year my second samsung TV also failed when it was just half a year out of warranty.

My house has surge protection and I'm the only one using the TV. These products are *****,  just making a brief stopover at your house on their way from the factory to the scrap heap.

Where can I join that class action?

My tv has bars of white light horizontal all the way up all spaced evenly visible when paning camera up and down but there saying it's with in spec this is a 2000 pound TV how is this a thing it makes playing games sometimes unenjoyable especially cinematic ones I showed all the videos and all they kept saying does it show up on the picture test? Or video test? And I said no because it doesn't pan up or down and it's all white background. Of course it's not going to show up on those types of backgrounds I think Samsung is having us on on purpose And the picture test and video test should be changed as it's not fit for purposes. The  video should move up and down left and right different colours They're basically saying let's use the fastest video for testing where you can't see anything, which is a deliberate cover-up so they don't have to help people I believe And I'm sick of it They're telling me I have to pay for someone to deal with it but it's still in warranty I will never buy a Samsung product again as they straight up refused Todo anything so now I'm stuck with it for years

Please add my name. My Qled tv is just getting this dark shadow. It is unacceptable for a tv that is 2 1/2 years old.

Anyway I can join? I was a long time Samsung fan. I bought a QLED a month ago, the plastic clips holding it together were snapping apart and the electric wires spilled out and shocked me. I have photos I'm going to upload. We spent twice as much thinking Samsung was a good brand when we could have gotten a tcl or hisense. I'm talking to lawyers. If anyone can point me to an ongoing class action let me know.

Yes, interested in the suit. My QLED died after 3.5 years. That is some serious planned obsolescence.

Sucks that I'm not in the USA but I have a grid that shows when panning like shadows of bars that go hozontal when it passes certain light sources and sold dark colours so mostly the games I play as I love horror it's not something that should be seen but now have to deal with it untill I can get a oled or something 😞 but even older I'm sceptical about as the burn in factor I mainly play games so

1.5 years for me on a 75" QN90B. Now all I have is a black screen hanging on the wall. A couple weeks earlier anything plugged into my HDMI ports caused the screen to flash and later a portion of the screen became duller than the rest. Horrible product, horrible company, and truly unacceptable service. Service center did absolutely nothing to make this right. I am 100% done with Samsung.
