My tv model version is not available in samsung support website

It is a 2015 version, its browser cannot access every website in the browser plus u can't install anything using the browser. 

Why is it that its model not available  on the samsung support website?

Is there any solution to solve the above issues?

The very first thing to do is provide us the model number.

Is it a second hand model or brought from a legit retailer?

It's likely that the issues with your 2015 Samsung device's browser are due to its age and the fact that it's no longer receiving software updates, including security patches and browser updates. But- strange for it to affect we pages. Could be an internet issue over a tv issue.

Plus- your TV is 10 years old- shocked youve not ran into issues sooner

Your TV has turned into Master Wu bruh,export your data to a newer TV (like 2021 or 2022 or 2023) if your budget is low,or try and put a Roku/fire TV HDMI or if you dont mind keep the TV,if not export your data to a HDMI on a non Samsung TV
