I have 2 new Samsung Q60 TVs, one in a living area and one around a corner in a bedroom area.
When I first got these each remote would only switch on each TV, I did try the remote on the other TV and it didn't switch it on.
I have had cable TV tuned in and the installer paired the remotes, I believe by pressing Return and Play.
Now each remote switches on each TV.
I have tried pairing the remote to each TV with the other TV switched off but they still switch on both TVs.
Is there a way to reset the remotes to factory settings or unpair them? Perhaps with a button press combination or in the service menu?
