Are you fed up with the poor quality of Samsung's Qled TVs? Did you waste your hard-earned money on a Qled TV? Are you concerned about the number of their TVs filling our landfills? If so, you may want to join the class action lawsuit against Samsung for their faulty TVs. This class action lawsuit is meant to hold Samsung accountable for the products they produce and to ensure that no large screen TVs end up in a landfill within 3 years. Please reply if interested. (My Qled is flashing blue after 2y 9m, Samsung told me it can't be fix).

Yes how do we start a class action lawsuit for the tvs. This is my second Samsung tv that has went completely black. They are saying it’s outside the 1 year warranty and want me to pay the price for the tv to repair it which is asinine to me. I purchased tv in 5/22 never used it. The Samsung I had mounted to my wall stopped working after 7 years it just went black. I put the new tv up in Dec 2023. September 2024 it stopped working. It started working again so I didn’t follow through with my personal warranty. Now in November 2024 it’s not working it’s has no screen visuals and it’s black. It keeps cutting on and off but the screen stays black. This is two tvs that had the same issue. I’m more mad because this wasn’t even up a year and I can’t use it. I’ve only owned it for 2 years . This is a scam and ridiculous. I need a law suit asap because this is unethical for consumers

Where do I sign up?! Our Fame TV has been garbage since day one. I have spent hours over the last 2 years to get some assistance from Samsung which is near impossible. My last effort was about a year ago when someone from Samsung reached out to me, months after my attempt of reaching a customer support, who promised they would work with me to resolve the issue and subsequently flaked out. Samsung is impossible to deal with, their newer TVs are garbage. I will never buy another Samsung TV again. Last TV bought was a Sony. 4 more Samsungs left to replace but they are older and much better then my over priced piece of ***** Frame.

Hi there,

my TV started showing some symptoms in less than 2 years and they weren’t able to fix it after 5 visits. They decided it’s defective and they said we are going to compensate for that TV but then they declined that compensation since I don’t have a warranty. What should I do?

I purchased a 32 inch QLED Smart TV 2 years ago and it is the biggest piece of ***** I've ever owned. I have a 45 inch Vizio I purchased 16 years ago and it stills functions like it is brand new. At the time I purchased my Vizio it was a relatively new brand on the market. Between their garbage TVs and kitchen appliances I am not sure what is worse but what I do know is that I will never purchase another Samsung product. I am not sure where Consumer Report comes up with the ratings but I find it hard to believe they do not accept funding from the companies they evaluate.

We don’t have a Qled  but the  Frame TV we bought 2 years ago is the newest and poorest quality TV of the 5 we have in the house. The only thing worst than their electronics is their customer care which I believe doesn’t exist. I have tried extensively to talk with someone about our issue with the TV and have not yet reached a human.

Count me in! I bought a TV QLED Samsung in late 2020, model Q85Q900TSFX. The screen has suddenly gone black with some moving shade but sound is still functioning. I contacted the service repair, paid $140 for the technician. They told me that they have to change the screen and the panel, and that the repair would be more than $2500 because the 1 year warranty has expired. I only bought the TV in 2020 and haven't even used it that much. I've got another Samsung TV (not QLED though) that's ten years old and it's still going strong! So, I don't get why this one's already broken. It seems crazy that a fairly new, expensive QLED TV would have such a major screen problem after only a few years of light use. It might be a manufacturing defect. So I asked the customer service to investigate thoroughly. They kept saying that it's out of warranty, I have to pay for the repairs of buy a new TV. It's unacceptable.

My QLED has been garbage from the start. Absolute trash. In fact, every Samsung appliance I’ve ever own was garbage. I will never purchase another Samsung product as long as I live.
