Smoking 65 inch Samsung

My son just said he smells something burning upstairs. I said check the top floor and he found our 65 inch Samsung with smoke coming out of the back. I have read that this has happened before. I hav a 63 inch and a 75 inch Samsung also and I am concerned. House smells like smoke now.  I need someone from Samsung to get back to me right away via email. I unplugged and out the TV in the lanai.

It's good that you've isolated the television away from the mains.

Your now going to need to call Samsung Support to have this looked at or the company that supplied the TV if it wasn't Samsung directly.
