Samsung smart remote paring problem with Humax Freesat Box.

Humax freesat HDR 1100S and Samsung 50 Inch UE50DU7100KXXU Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV The Samsung remote is paired with Humax but lags behind on channel guide scrolling. Repeatedly pressing buttons until it reacts to channel guide scrolling. Previous TV (an 8yr old samsung) worked perfectly well before it died.

Update 

Chap in Curries claims that Samsung have changed the remote frequency hence why no longer compatible with Humax.

The advertising on the packaging states that the TV has Google Assistant (turns out this function has been turned off by Samsung due to a disagreement with Google in March '24) and that the universal remote controls Freesat. False advertising claim there somewhere.
