Samsung UE32T4300AK
Hi. I have a 32" HD T4300 Smart TV UE32T4300AK and it can't keep the wi fi connection after been turned off.
I have a a modem called Fastweb NeXXt One provided by the Provided company Fastweb in Italy. here some info about
Wi-Fi 6 Dual Band up to 2.5 Gbps
2 telephone ports
4 Ethernet sockets, each up to 1 Gigabit/s
1 USB port
Up to 150 connected devices
Mesh technology
Remote management with the Myfastweb app
The problem is the following. The TV does not recognize the wi fi password so i connect the TV by WPS and it works but when when the tv is turned off it lose the connection.
For now what I tried is.
Factory reset of the smart TV
Turning off/on the modem
Opening a guest wi fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and trying that new password.
Other smartphone and smart TV doesn't has this problem.

Hi @sconkibus Check you have the latest firmware which is 2505.4 released in May. can be updated via USB if not available over the air. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE32T4300AKXXU/
Know some customers have experienced this issue and it was judged to be software related, a fix may be hold the standby on the Remote until the Tv Reboots (cold Reboot) . in the past AV specialists advised holding the standby Button for longer if that does not work.
otherwise could also check if you are using WPA 2 security in your router settings . some security information here https://www.avast.com/c-wep-vs-wpa-or-wpa2
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Solved.
Switching from "WPA2-WPA3 Personal" to "WPA-WPA2 Personal" I was able to connect using directly my password and the TV now remember the connection.
Thank you very much.
