65" Neo Qled Apps with live content failing to load

I have had my 65 inch Neo Qled for just under a year.  I love it, until now.  All of our apps work, except Peacock, Sling, Direc tv Stream.  We don't have other live srream apps.  Netflix, Prime etc work fine.  I have done every troubleshooting step multiple times and worked with both Sl I ng and Direct tv support.  I also worked with Samsung support both are pointing the finger at the other.  Here's the kicker, our more basic tv upstairs works fine.  No wifi is involved and the hard line Lan works on a laptop to stream thos apps.  I'm convinced something corrupted on the smart hub but resetting it did nothing.  Anyone have any other ideas?

I am having the same exact problem on the same TV - 65" Neo Qled.  Sling & Peacock are not working properly, yet Paramount, Netflix, Prime are.  Sling throws a error when loading any channel - "8-702" loading issue.   Peacock won't load any show or movie, it just returns to the menu.   This just started happening for me 2 days ago.  I have tried everything I can think of and that I can find on the internet and still no luck getting them to work.  I even factory reset my tv.  All other devices in my house work as expected.   If you or anyone else have experienced this and were able to fix it please make a post.

Here are some of the things I've tried to do to fix the issue with no luck:

  • Reset Smart Hub
  • Clear app cache/data
  • Uninstall/reinstall apps
  • Unplug LAN and use wireless / turn off wireless and use LAN
  • Check internet speed (370+ mps)
  • Reboot modem
  • Unplug TV / Soft reboot TV
  • Contact app helplines.  Both no help
  • Check for updates on TV & apps (all up to date)
  • Factory Reset TV
  • Unplug TV for the night and replug in the morning

Having the same problem for a couple of weeks now! I have the SAMSUNG 85" Class QN90 Series Neo QLED Smart TV. Sling gives error code 8-702, Peacock just returns me to the main screen when I try to stream something. Also my NFL Sunday Ticket which is a live YouTube stream does not work. Other YouTube content that is not live does work, and Prime and Netflix work (although I don't remember of TNF on Prime worked).

 

The really annoying thing is my older samsung smart TV works fine! I've tried everything the others have, reinstall, clear cache, network and TV resets. Still get the same error, very frustrating!

Just started having issues with my sling app the other day. Anyone figure out a fix to this??

It’s weird because all other apps work fine, and my locals on sling from the Airtv work, but anything that I’m paying for does not!!
