@Clifford84 Your Tv is indeed designed for hosptality, usually there are only two options though, Hotel Mode and Standalone. There should be no issue with standalone as aware of other customers who have used this Mode successfully. you may have pressed something inadvertently.
Firstly Can you try a soft Reset by holding the power on the Smart Remote for around 5 seconds until the Samsung logo appears. does this make any difference?
I f no success would disconect Tv for around 5 minutes to see if that makes any difference. if not with Remote press Mute 1,1,9 Enter. if Menu appears see if you can select Network-Network Set up-(Tv Menu should appear)- select Network-Network Settings. Select desired Network type and proceed with set up.
