Samsung Frame TV art store not renewing!!!!!!! FIX NEEDED SAMSUNG

After the initial 6 month free trial I have tried to purchase a full membership, however it WILL NOT WORK. This has been going on for 6 months plus and is a complete joke as the whole point in having this TV is to show the art. 

I have 2 of these things and they are both failing to renew. Worse still, one of them has a 12 month subscription and it doesn’t load art. 

WHAT ARE YOU DOING SAMSUNG AND WHY IS THERE NO FIX YET!!!! SORT THIS OUT.

I’m having the same issue. It seems they haven’t fixed the issue yet then! I will be asking for a refund if I can’t use the art mode as that was the whole point in buying the tv! I only got 3 months free art too!
