New QN90D Remote not working with TiVO

Hi All, I've just replaced my old 43 inch curved samsung TV with the great 50 Inch Samsung QN90D, the previous smart remote worked seemlesly with my Virgin TiVO box , the new remote now doesn't control it at all , am I missing something on set up?

I have exactly the same problem, did you find a solution?

Unfortunately not, I've moved over to EE TV now , some control now but nothing like before

Tried Costco and Samsung.  Costco got me 17 numbers from Tivo which didn't work.
Samsung denied any responsibility.  Blamed it on the cable provider.
Samsung has a list of about 90 4 digit codes for all their TVs.
