Model UE40H6400AK. Google chrome will bring up search results but then access to them is blank.Apps already on TV as featured - some work some dont Youtube is blank but bbc will play and can do an amazon search. Have tried so far unplugged TV and left it for 10 mins to reset, have done a reset and put in pass code to do this. Renown chrome - message says not available. Any suggestions please.

Hi @gooseberry ,

 

I can see that this TV was manufactured in 2014, which may means that some apps may have stopped supporting this. What apps are being affected by this? How long have you had this issue for?

Sorry for delay i couldn't find my own post . Kept sending me to Philippines site. The only app affected is Google Internet and demand 5. Both of which I can get via the fire stick.

Done an update and 5 working now. So its the Internet from the search list to the site I want to visit still not working.
