Hi all,
I have recently changed my WiFi router and have re-connected all devices in the household, including TV and Virgin cable box. However, even after a factory reset of both devices I can not get the universal remote to work again after this instance. Everything else works fine. I have even made sure the option to allow network remotes to control the box via the settings. I have seen previous posts about this being a software update but as far as I'm aware my cable box or TV have not been updated. Is anyone else having this issue?
