I bought this TV today and was  setting it up when we got to this step. It was loading saying it was downloading and it might take a while but after a minute or two it popped up with that error. Is it because Im in japan? We bought it here on island so it would only make sense it would work here, is there a way to fix this?

It is not an error, it's a notification. Just skip it and continue with setup.

If I continue then im not able to use any features on the TV, its basically just a monitor at that point.
