Can't see menu tab in smart hub anymore, on my Samsung Crystal clear UHD smart TV Phoned Samsung they don't understand why. Any suggestions welcome.

I have the same problem. After smart hub update, can't even press the home button. Ive tried literally everything. I did factory reset 4x already. And its still not working. I think its the update. Now slmeone from their service center is coming over to check. This used to work when they didnt update. Samsung please fix this

I think Samsung changed the layout with a software update. I access the settings menu now by pressing the settings button on the remote or by pressing home button use left arrow button then scroll down press settings or connected devices.
