Hi I have recently bought the ue43tu8000 tv and my son loves watching fail army on the tv plus platform channel 4251

he likes it that much we tried to watch on our main tv but that channel is missing 49ks7000 

I have reset the smart functions and set up the tv from new but it’s still not there, all the other channel seem to be there can anyone help thanks Andy. 
both TVs are set up for the uk.

for TV contents/channels, kindly message channel service provider as they are the only one who has access to channel provisioning
