Samsung tv picture jumping

Hi my tv is constantly flickering, it does it during picture tests while factory resetting  it happens when nothing is plugged into the usb/hdmi slots as well as when things are plugged in. Ive updated software, changing eco solution and resetting the tv

any ideas or is the tv done for?

Looks like something is done for, ain't no fixing that with software alone.

Hi @Balfy you  could check all cables and connections to ensure everything is secure. If so press and hold in Power Button for 5 seconds or so to reboot until you see the Samsung logo. If does not solve the issue unplug at mains for around 5 minutes . However if errors  on  Picture Test after Troubleshooting , Settings-support-Self Diagnosis- Picture Test suggests a hardware issue and would need to get in touch with Samsung Support for advice.   However from the firmware it seems your Tv is  a 2018 model so a repair may not be the best option.
