Cashback claim

Hi I tried to do a cashback claim I purchase frame TV September 25 but i get this message

Was AO one of the retailers in the promotion?

Also, at the point of submitting your claim, had 30 days from date of delivery passed?

Hi. The part in red writing tells you that you can submit your claim when 30 days have passed from date of purchase. Samsung will let you go head on the 25th October onwards (but only for 60 days including the 25.10.23) It's presumably to ensure that enough time has passed that the retailer confirms to Samsung that you haven't bought and then returned a priduct.
