Samsung TV only the power button works

just recently got a samsung tv from uk to zimbabwe

only the powering on and off works using both manual and smart remote i have tried everything in the book to try and reset pair again but nothing what could be the problem and he do i solve it

dd something happen during transportation im not sure whats going on help out i cnt even choose source

Hello 😊 Remove the batteries from your remote control, after around 30 seconds, press the 'on' button on the remote. Replace the batteries, turn off the TV at the plug, wait a few minutes. ... Hard reset the TV by turning it off at the wall, waiting around 5 minutes, then turn everything back on again, try this it worked for my tv a few months back
