Dear support team,
I bought a professional bluetooth stereo receiver from Radial Engineering (BT Pro V2).

My Samsung TV (QE65Q8CNA; Software version T-KTM2DEUC-1300.4, BT-S) is able to discover the bluetooth receiver.
However it does not ask me to enter the PIN code needed for pairing.
The TV just runs into a timeout and then aborts pairing.
Why is the TV not asking for the PIN code?

Did this get resolved? I am trying to set the bt-pro-v2 with the samsung smart tv and I am having the same problem.
There is no request to enter a pin and the pairing fails.
