Cannot connect Sony WH-CH720N headphones: paired ok, when I turn them on TV detects them and shows a connection popup, I select 'connect', headphones bleep, sound through TV speakers disappears for a fraction of a second and comes back, and a few seconds later connection popup reappears, and ad infinitum. Firmware 2210. I found similar threads for other models too e.g. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/50-quot-qn90a-firmware-update-broke-bluetooth-transmitter/td-... intimating that this is a firmware bug, but sadly no solution.
Kindly refrain from posting advice involving resets, re-pairing and such unless your are completely sure it will help.

I have the same problem, the same TV and headphones. Firmware 2220. The advice from this discussion helps https://www.reddit.com/r/sony/comments/16sm6xr/sony_ch720n_bluetooth_connection_not_working/ where each time you pair the headphones, you need to connect a second Bluetooth device. Judging by the forum, there were no such problems in earlier versions of the TV firmware.
