Samsung QLED Q60A - SOUND EQUALISER GREYED OUT

Just bought a Samsung QLED Q60A Smart TV and the sound needs more bass however in settings the sound equaliser is grey out - what am I doing wrong

Could you confirm what source you're using when viewing the TV, or is this happening on all sources?

Sorry, I can't remember, I just was playing with all the different setting and it worked. Sorry I can't be more helful

I got it, I had my sound on amplify. If you change to standard sound it works. Thanks anyway 👍🏻
