How do you Factory Reset a Samsung 43NU7400 as the option is Greyed out

I have problems with my TV and was looking to Factory Reset it...

The problem is that the option is greyed out...

Anyone know why or a work around...

Hi

Check if any streaming apps are running in background like netflix, youtube, etc, close all of them.

Also, make sure Source is set to TV or TV+ or any HDMI source and check if option becomes available.

@Sadssandiford  you would need to check you are on the right source.  The Reset option will be greyed out if an app is running or has been selected (even if no show is playing).
