I’m getting quite sick of calling Samsung to complain about my Smart TV apps crashing in the middle of a Nextflix/AppleTV/Prime/Paramount+/Hulu shows … or not even loading at all. Anyone else having these issues? NO – “Flash Re-set” does not fix the problem. NO- factory reset does not fix the problem. Samsung send out a tech who spent 2-1/2 hours replacing the main “brain” (motherboard) inside the TV – nope – did not work. NO – its not about pairing the remote! Samsung acts like this is something they have never heard about before. Craziness! This was happening on my old TV, so I bought a new Samsung QLED. No improvement. FIGURE THIS OUT SAMSUNG! Stop pretending that this is not happening to many Samsung Smart TV owners around the world. Anyone else? Tons of people complaining about this online. Any advice?

What software version are you on? My The Frame TV recently upgraded itself to 1661, and now I'm having similar problems. It randomly switches off in the middle of programs, the menus don't seem to work properly, and sometimes it gives me error messages.

If you say this problem started on an old Samsung TV moved to a new one and is spreading to all apps, then it's most likely an internet network problem. The addresses of iP servers are blacklisted and blocked for a while. Activate an access point on your phone, connect your TV to it and check the work of streaming services.
