I cant search for apps in My samsung Qled Q70B 2022 model. 

It shows “the server is down for maintenance. Please try again later. (400)” error

absolutely! May I ask how long have you been having the issue? Is this connected to a wired or wireless network?

I have been having this issue since the day i bought it. 

Its connected to wireless network.
