I have an AU8000 TV. (latest version software) I used to be able to use Bixby voice commands on my smart remote. But recently it stopped recognizing my voice. I can use voice commands on third party apps like YouTube but when i hold Bixby button bixby pops ups but won't hear me. not recognizing my voice anyomore. But i can use Bixby voice commands with smart things app on my phone without issue.
I re - paired the remote,
Reseted to factory settings.
Even calles Samsung Service. They changed the remote, it worked for couple of minutes than voice control stopped worked again. So it's not remote.
I think there is a software bug that breaks Bixby on my remote. Smart things works like charm.
This is an important issue that prevents voice commanding TV. Before the latest update there were no problem. After couple of weeks later of the update it broken.
I kindly ask you to pretend this post like a bug report & user complaint and check the necessary software for fixes. I've seen few other threads on this so its not just me.
