au9000 won't update via usb or internet

hello i cant update my samsung au9000 55" via usb and not via internet someone may suggest something or fix to this?

current version:2101

the new one is :2111.1

Is your TV connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a network cable? If so, select Home > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update now. Your TV should then update to the latest software update available.
